Hair was a rock-group. Place & Time: Denmark, early 70ies. A bit on the side line in relation to the some-what inbred Danish hippie “milieu” of that time.
The group featured a – for that particular time and place – distinctly international sound, drawing on inspiration from such different names as The Doors, Tim Buckley and Vanilla Fudge.
“Hair” released one self-produced album in 1970, plus a handful of singles.
The LP, “Piece”, has for many years been a top-ranking discophile rarity from that period, and vinyl-copies are sold at record-fairs and internet-auctions at prices up to DKK 3.000.
So far, the record has only been available on CD in a bootleg-version. Now, however, it is re-released, digitally restored from the orignal master-tapes. Included as bonus-tracks are the singles recorded by original Hair and one so far un-released song.
Hair was: Benny Dyhr – Paddy Gythfeldt – Peter Rolnes – Allan Sorensen – Torben Bille

The re-release includes 16-page booklet, written by Danish top-rock-critic Torben Bille, telling the story of the band and the time.
The CD is released by Frost Records, catalogue no. Frost 0603, licensed by EMI-Medley Records.
From our “old days” the Hair records 1970 – 1972 has been re-released on CD.
1 LP, 3 singles plus 1 bonus track. Total 13 songs.
All the songs can be heard on YouTube.
